Red Teamers can actually help organizations to better understand generational differences by utilizing critical thinking and groupthink mitigation tools that harness the organizations multigenerational intellectual power. Finding ways to get multigenerational talent to work together well, increases productivity, creativity, and workplace morale. This illustrates another way trained red teamers can generate an organizational competitive advantage.

There are many reasons why millennials are different from the other generations, but they are not better or worse, they're just different. Good leaders don't engage in millennial-bashing, they find ways to connect with, mentor, and develop their full potential. Good leaders seek to develop millennials into future leaders, because good leaders know that it's their responsibility.
